Owned discovery-to-launch for AI features on the invoice-processing team: scoping through topic research and competitive analysis, defining KPIs, performing usage-data analysis, prototyping, documentation, and customer escalation sessions.
Designed, built, and evaluated LLM-based frameworks for selecting pedagogical strategies and dynamically adjusting language complexity in interactive tutoring systems — taxonomy design, LLM pipelines, user-study infrastructure, and evaluation. The resulting paper was accepted to EACL 2026 and became the core of my Master’s thesis.
Designed product solutions for customer use cases by analyzing requirements across eight component-owning teams. Conceptualized and documented new APIs for feature integrations. Extended the analytics component with business-intelligence reporting workflows and market-template product logic.
Built a GPT-based chatbot that evaluates business proposals for sustainability challenges across impact, risk, and trade-offs, deployed in a graduate-level course, then ran a mixed-methods study with 200+ students to measure its effect on learning.
